Hello people!

I'm here one more time to join the Friendlymoose photo contest and this is my nineth entry although I also participated in the previous version one, so more many times! I really like this initiative and sometimes I try to participate if I have some nice photos to share (thanks @friendlymoose for creating it!) and each week the suggested topic changes, so we can be always motivated!

So this week the theme is about animals. That is an interesting and cute theme indeed, because we can approach it in different ways, like pets, farm or wild animals... it depends. I have decided to be wild and I have chosen some photos of my huge archive of the visit to the Yellowstone National Park, in the United States.

Such as this, so, here my cool contest photography:

Bison on the field

There are many animals in national parks, depending on which one you visit. And in Yellowstone, you enjoy the wild yet serene experience of nature, contemplating the wonders of the landscape and the wildlife. They say you can see elk, reindeer, agoutis, bison, and bears, as well as many other smaller animals, all adorable.

For example, the bison seem like large and imposing animals, and they are, but at the same time, they are calm, or so they seem, perhaps already used to people. But the fact is, you can get very close, take pictures of them, and sometimes they even start walking next to your car door on the road, and you can brush against them if you dare to stick your hand out the window. In the end, you get used to their presence, and I think they get used to yours.

You follow the trail, crossing the park, enjoying those incredible views of a powerful nature that overwhelms and amazes us. Looking to the sides of the road, there they are, more bison, serene, calm, living their lives without anyone interfering, without them interfering with us—real, natural lives coexisting in an idyllic, natural, and magnificent environment that inspires us all in communion.

Is there anything more authentic and real than this? We are spectators of a world that feels increasingly distant, a world of nature, of animals living in harmony and peace with themselves, their environment, and everything around them; a beautiful and exceptional place. They enjoy it too.

And we are fortunate, because nature has gifted us not only fantastic views of wildlife and those animals, but also a unique moment that we will always remember, in photos and in our memories. Life.

Bison is such a beast, symbol of muscle and strength, like rhino with hairs lol

Too bad humans exterminated them

Yeah but those ones live peaceful and they seem to be quite calm, really...
And yes some humans exterminated, specially Anglos/British who killed native people too. But at least we can see then still, some of them in those national parks.
