In Veliky Ustyug, daily life is all year round, I know that! In summer, there are more people on the street everywhere, but there is always some movement near large rivers.
Some of the photos are watermarked by TASS because they were published on the news agency's website and cannot be used otherwise.
During my two days in this wonderful city, I took a lot of pictures both day and night.
But this time I didn't have a car, so I walked through everything.
Maybe it's a good thing that the car was under repair, otherwise I would have gone to another place and would not have focused on Veliky Ustyug itself.
I liked and would like to see even more diverse street scenes in Veliky Ustyug.
...I had a second annual blackout period here called "I don't want anything."
I was already glad that I had disconnected from the reporting wave, at the peak of which I would have been in Veliky Ustyug.
But it's been a couple of days and I want to again...Take pictures of everything!
I got sunny weather in Veliky Ustyug.
I did not miss a single opportunity and walked (ran) through the most crowded historical places.
There used to be times when I didn't know what to photograph.
I remember those moments when I seemed to be suffering from boredom, not knowing what to capture.
Now put me in any place at any time – I'll find something to capture!
The biggest problem right now is not the lack of good equipment or lack of ideas, but time....
I used to dream of a cool camera, lens, tripod, photoshop...
All I need right now is time!
And I wouldn't say that I have the equipment of my dreams.
It covers almost all reporting needs, but I always want more.
But I have no great desire to have anything other than time and place.
Ustyug will continue....
