One of the documentary genres of photography is street photography. The main principle of the genre is not to lie to the viewer and catch the moment here and now.
It turns out that the street is documentary.
A staged street is impossible by definition.

In art, cinema, writing, photography, music – there is a division into genres everywhere.
If you dig deeper and look wider, then in any activity there are some layers, types, frequencies.
And of all the types, there will always be those that are real, honest, and those that are ostentatious, fake, artificial.
Everywhere everything is the same and it is readable.
If you unravel all these layers and bring them to a common denominator, there will be a lot of predictable and banal things.
I went through the whole photo like that...Well, maybe, at least, I understood.
There is nothing higher in frequency than documentary. All these fashion, advertising and other productions are money genres, but not real ones.
