I already know where to go after heavy rain and where to wait for the flood, but this time other streets were surprisingly flooded.
But also the asphalt went under the water and in the usual places.
The event is so reportable, that is, fleeting in the literal sense, that after an hour there was no water in these places.
This should be caught directly during the rain.
If the rain is over, then there is no point in going somewhere anymore - all the water will go into the storm sewer, or it will be pumped out by special machines.
But these are all frivolous phenomena compared to real floods.
And I've seen them more than once in my life...
