Again, I tried to capture the graphic patterns of raindrops on the puddles, and again, in my opinion, I didn't quite get it right. The interference of the waves is beautiful, but it's challenging to find a puddle with the right lighting conditions.
Either it's dark and the shutter speeds drop by the second, and with that, the depth of field drops and the noise increases...
Or the light falls in such a way that the desired contrast is not achieved.
And if the light is not just white, but multicolored, it's completely unrealistic.
And all those schemes that have been worked out on neon puddles and ice surfaces do not work.
It turns out that I have difficulties every time because of the changing layout.

Neon ordinary puddles – one lighting conditions, with ice completely different, with frozen puddles – third...and now you need to pick up the angle of light incidence and the angle of the camera to the surface being shot.
But like all the previous plots, I think I can handle this one too!
I'll have all autumn to do that.

I really like this series. What I love most is that at first glance you don't even realize these images come from raindrops on puddles. To me, that's what great abstraction is all about—when the subject disappears and only shapes, colors and patterns remain. Beautiful work!
