Shera

Shera is a village in the Sokolsky district of the Vologda Region, located on the Sukhona River at the confluence of the Bolshoy Puchkas River. In the area of the village there is a sluice "Famous", which regulates the flow from Kubensky Lake.

Sometime in April, I took a walk around the Zarya and experienced special sensations there, after which I tried to find some keys or clues to understand what allows me to connect to such a state.

I decided to try to get attached to the coordinates, which give a total of nine (my whole life is connected with this figure), plus I have long been interested in a place called Shera.

Shera is just located in the square of those coordinates, which give a total of nine (do not take it seriously), but I went so far, of course, not for the sake of some kind of numerological coincidences.

I already explored these regions last year, but I didn't get to Shera. Plus, my route consisted of several other places.

This time I got there very quickly: the dirt road was dry and graded.

But the place seemed ordinary and even a little boring.

I was only pleased with the boats on the shore and the old houses.

I didn't take any magical sensations out of this place...just memories of last year's trip to the neighboring villages.

So it's not about coordinates...although I really wanted to believe it. Apparently, everything is much more complicated...or it's about the Zarya itself and only about it.

I wanted to go to Shera last year...she attracted and repelled at the same time. The gestalt is closed. Sometimes I need to.

Sometimes the magic of a place doesn't lie in its coordinates or numerological coincidences, but rather in the exact moment we visit it or the intimate connection we share with it. Even though Shera might have seemed like an ordinary village this time around
