Spotted street in cloudy and rainy weather-2

All street photography is based on mass gatherings of people and their life on the street. There will be no street photography where there is a field or a forest, and people do not walk there.

But even in the city you will not find street scenes everywhere.

If you are guaranteed to need people in the photo, then you need to walk along the most central streets of the city, where there are shopping centers, public transport stops, train stations or metro.

There are also a lot of people at busy intersections with pedestrian crossings.

People also like to gather in places of attraction, such as fountains, embankments, squares.

If you are a street photographer, then you definitely need to always know when there are mass celebrations in your city.

Starting in winter, you can look for people where there are slides, on Shrovetide, in the temple for Easter, Victory Day, city Day, and the like.

Sometimes there are interesting stories during cultural events.

There are exceptions!

For example, if you get into the outback or the most unfavorable or remote area, then life is also boiling there.

But in such places you should be careful.

Those who have developed communication skills will be able to take cool pictures in the ghetto.

And someone on an ordinary street will get confused. Only experience.

I usually pretend that I'm shooting something else and then try not to look into the eyes of people who are in the frame, like they don't interest me.

Even for me, it all depends on the mood.

It can be difficult to start filming people.

And it also happens that I get impudent and almost point-blank begin to point the lens.

The most important rule: if you are asked not to take or delete a picture, then do not take or delete it!

One good shot more, one less – nothing terrible will happen.

If it's really a pity to lose a snapshot, then you can recover it later with the help of special programs.

I usually say that I will definitely delete it and they take my word for it.

But conflict situations occur so rarely that they can be counted on the fingers of one hand.

At a point, while scrolling down and seeing all these pictures, I was beginning to wonder how you manage to take all these shots even when it seems as if some group of people are looking straight into your camera. Haha.

I usually pretend that I'm shooting something else...

That was pretty much the part of the post that cleared my curiosity. Haha.

These shots came out well and the city is a very lively place

Thanks for feedback!

You really have a good shot throughout. I believe this is not a phone camera. Which camera did you use in capturing this awesome photographs?

Canon 5d mark IV + Canon EF 100-400 L
