So, this is what they look like. Good to know. I started growing bamboo with just two pots from a nursery about eleven months ago. Hoping it will spread and I will be able to dig some of it out along with the root system and move it.

You might be right. I guess I'll see for myself, sooner or later. They're already in our garden.
Some people have a very large variety growing here. It gets about 50 or 60 feet tall. It sends out roots in every direction! It's beautiful but it's too big for most homes and yards here! It's like a wild beast 😀
