Autumn has arrived. Frost, cold and foggy. But despite the grayness that rainy weather brings us, we can find various colors on the withered and fallen leaves. Nature plays with colors while slowly decomposing those leaves. While I walk or go somewhere, leaves catch my eye.
The first two pictures are in front of my house. I have cherry trees and only when all the leaves fall off do I collect them and add them to the existing fertilizer that I have in the garden.
One tree actually several of them sprouted as a bush and formed a tree. It is located right next to my work. I am not sure if it is one or more species, I think there are more than one species of trees here.
But now it has caught my attention. Yellow color on a rainy day.
To me, this looks like there used to be a tree here, and then it was cut down and new shoots sprouted from the roots, but also that something new has sprouted next to it. I'll have to ask my neighbor when I see him, he should know more.
I know that those fallen leaves are a chore to remove. But it's a nice physical activity. And as a gardener, I know that those leaves are precious. And if you have space somewhere, you should store them, sprinkle some soil over them so that the wind doesn't blow them away again, and you'll have your own compost, fertilizer for the garden.
Even though there are no trees nearby, the wind does its thing and blows the leaves up to the wall.
