Saludos @ylich, voy a responder en español ya que es mi lengua nativa y me puedo expresar mejor. El cielo de la foto ha sido sustituído con la herramienta "sustitución de cielos por inteligencia artificial" disponible en el software LUMINAR 4. En ningún momento he cortado el cielo de otra imagen. El enlace de istockphoto que has dejado en tu comentario, es de una imagen tratada con el mismo procedimiento. Como habrás podido comprobar, no la han retirado, eso es debido a que los cielos que vienen en LUMINAR 4 son totalmente libres de copyright y en istockphoto son muy rigurosos con estas cosas. Yo he pagado una licencia de programa, por lo que considero que puedo utilizar todas las herramientas sin problemas de derechos de autor, para eso pagamos amigo... Respeto tu decisión de voto, pero de ninguna manera permito que me llamen tramposo o plagiador. No obstante agradezco tu comentario pues me has dado una idea fabulosa para mi siguiente post. Espero una rectificación por tu parte si es que mis argumentos te parecen razonables... Te envio un cordial saludo... Hasta pronto!!!😉
Pido disculpas, pues siendo como dices, tienes derecho a usar el efecto.
En mi opinión personal, creo que el uso ese tipo de filtros debería especificarse en la publicación, pues objetivamente, la foto que publicaste no es la misma que tomaste, si tomamos en cuenta que el cielo no es el de la foto.
Pero eso es harina de otro costal. Pido nuevamente disculpas y ya he retirado el voto negativo.

Actualmente la fotografía digital nos ha abierto un gran abanico de posibilidades, nos permite cambiar la realidad y dar un toque de fantasía a nuestros trabajos.
Eso es algo que agradezco personalmente a la tecnología, puesto que los escenarios no siempre se adaptan a la historia que queremos contar a nuestros espectadores.
De un modo u otro, los fotógrafos tambien contamos historias aunque no sean escritas y no siempre han de ser veraces...

That is something that I personally thank technology, since the scenarios do not always adapt to the story we want to tell our viewers.
