Pekapeka Wetland is one of the top sights in Hawke's Bay, NZ which is alongside State Highway 2 south of Hastings"
Just a ten minute drive south of Hastings, tt' s nice little walk around the wetland and a great place for photo shoots.
Paths and boardwalks are are in good condition and provide visitors a chance to get close to the water, enjoy the wetland enviroment as well as watch a variety of bird life.
