This post is the post of submission of your photographs. This week is the 172th of the photography contest. See the sea. Some of us travel hundreds of kilometers by plane, train, sometimes on foot, with the sole purpose of arriving in front of one of the most popular and captivating landscapes. The seascapes will remain from those that push us the most contemplative. Let's pay their tribute this week!

Ce post est le post de soumission de vos photographies. Cette semaine est la 172e du #seaphotography contest. Voir la mer. Certains parcourent des centaines de kilomètres par avions, par train, parfois à pieds, dans le seul objectif d'arriver devant l'un des paysages les plus populaires et les plus captivants. Les paysages marins resteront de ceux qui nous poussent le plus au contemplatif. Rendons leur hommage cette semaine!

RULES

1- Post your photography on the monday submission post announcing the contest of the week (Below this post!). If you post on #Seaphotography Community, mention "Seaphotography contest" on the title.

2- Upvote this post announcing the contest is still welcomed !

3- The photographer must be the author of the photography presented to the contest. Any attempt at plagiarism will be denounced and its author blacklisted of the contest. NO PLAGIARISM!

4- Write a few words about your photography indicating the place, the exif, or any others informations that the photographer will judge useful. English, French, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, Marsian, all languages are accepted. However, an English translation in a parallel column could be usefull for everyone ...

5- The photography can be submitted from Monday to Saturday midnight. Only one photography per contest and per author.

I researched the term "seascape" for clarification prior to creating my post and coral/reefs fall under the definition of a seascape. The first image of coral is my entry to this week's contest hosted by @marc-allaria

Lol okay I went in a big circle through other posts to find this correct submission post, but here is my entry ...

Hi Marc

What a stroke of luck that I saw this week's contest after visiting the sea yesterday. I am not sure if replying here is correct, the post submission link takes me to week #167, not week #172 (this one), I'm not sure if you want me to rather submit there?

Here is my entry for this contest - I took this photo yesterday at the Knysna Heads, South Africa. Two mountain ranges that are broken serve as protection for the Knysna lagoon. The water is the most stunning aquamarine and the sand is almost skin toned.

It took my breath away and is probably one of the most stunning views of the sea I have witnessed.

I took this on panoramic mode to try and encapsulate the totality of the beauty. It was heavily overcast which made the vegetation seem dark and contrasted the skyline perfectly. I will be writing a full length post of my visit there in the next few days, but didn't want to miss the opportunity of sharing this view with you.
