Seaphotography Contest - Week 184

I took this photo from a one man rowboat near Oak Bay Marina in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada (Vancouver Island). Luckily, this little guy turned around and made eye contact. Harbour seals are abundant along the west coast of Canada.
