Hello amazing people welcome to hive music festival week 175 I'm @respect01 and for this week entry I'm singing a medley of two songs.
The first song touched my heart deeply because it reminds me of how personal God’s love is for me. When the lyrics say, “Lord, it is me, the one You love, I am desperate for You,” I feel like it is my own prayer.
It reminds me that God has loved me from the very beginning, even before I fully understood Him. Knowing that He chose me, cared for me, and gave His life for me while I was still a sinner makes my heart long for Him even more. That is why I feel desperate to know Him deeper, to grow in His presence, and to build a real relationship with Him, not just religion. This song makes me remember that His love is not based on my perfection, but on His grace and mercy.
I am desperate for knowing him more, and I love this song because God first love me even when I was still sinners he died for me.
This is what I have been meditating in my heart day and night I am curious to see more of him I want him to purify me and visit me. I can't tell how much I even loved him with the whole of my heart. I want to give him all the praise. and indeed I will praising with all my heart, and I will sing praise to him, for he is worthy.
The second song feels like a spiritual chant that pulls my spirit into a deeper place with God. It is not just a song, but a call into a higher level of experience with Him. I feel like the Lord is inviting us to move beyond the surface and follow Him fully, to listen to His voice, and to obey His will in our daily lives. The song feels like a journey, a surrender, and a declaration that I am willing to follow wherever He leads. It inspires me to seek God more seriously and to align my life with His purpose.
As the Bible says in Romans 5:8, “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” This verse perfectly explains why these songs mean so much to me they remind me of His unconditional love and my desire to follow Him deeper.
