From this post by @alejandra.her, its title caught my attention. For me, to re-born is a fundamentally feminine concept : letting die, once a month, which has already served us to give us birth as new women. To re-create us.
Ale (como veo que le dicen sus amigas en los comentarios), plasmó ese (re)nacer en una pintura digital que, además, acompañó con una recomendación literaria que me dejó muy emocionada: Mujeres que corren con los lobos de Clarissa Pinkola Estés - uno de los libros sobre el Sagrado Femenino más completo que todavía estoy leyendo.
Yo no pienso que esa mujer de la pintura sea aleatoria. Yo lo que creo es que Ale se ha pintado a sí misma como La Huesera o La Loba - el arquetipo del Sagrado Femenino que vive dentro de todas nosotras, aguardando a ser liberada.
Ale (as I see her friends calling her in the comments) , captured that (re)birth in a digital painting that, in addition, is accompanied with a literary recommendation that got me very excited: Women who run with the wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés - one of the most complete books on the Sacred Feminine that I am still reading.
I don't think that woman in the painting is a random one. What I believe is that Ale has paintedherself asLa Huesera or The Wolfe, the archetype of the Sacred Feminine that lives within all of us, waiting to be released.

The thing is we, as women specially, are huge consumerists of cosmetics. From skin care to personal hygiene - going all through make up. And reality is that, even the so-called Natural Products, are probably not natural but the total opposite.

I feel this is the type of writing we all need to step through from time to time -or everyday- to remind us how BLISSFUL it feels celebrating the sacred feminine with our tribe. And I don't mean only our tribe of women, no. My favorite part of this post is how she also acknowledges and honors the masculine in equality.
This is more than just embracing ourselves as a women -and all it covers-. This is a calling to not judge what we fear, what we don't understand. A calling to re-evaluate the roots of all that we suppress in others, as it suppresses ourselves too.
Feminine rising
I truly hope we can unite as women in this healing and self-loving journey. This is for helping each other grow; because together, we are stronger.

Mi esposo es químico y ambos caminamos con las medicinas ancestrales de las tribus. En este camino - y en la espiritualidad en general - existe mucho el juicio de "Ay, es que eso es puro químico. Yo prefiero lo natural." hasta que un día mi esposo me dijo "Ney, TODO en esta vida son reacciones químicas. No hay nada que exista que no sea un elemento químico."
Me cambió toda mi perspectiva!
