Thank you for the advice. I didn't know what to do with the shisho so I know to put it on salad now. I can't say I love it but perhaps in a salad it will be good.

If you eat fish, it is excellent on fish. Strong flavored for sure, so in small amounts. Or just use it for garnish, it is very pretty.
