Wow the color of the cauliflower so pretty and the hemp tempeh with job's tears makes this such a beautiful dish. I have never heard of Job's tears. It looks like it would taste nice.

I think I could eat a whole bowl of just that purple cauliflower. It turned out so pretty once roasted. You would probably do some wonderful things with the Job's Tears. I was so happy to find it, so I will most certainly be using it more often.
