This is really an interesting combination carrot with sago to make a pudding. We didn't consume sago too much but it makes really delicious pudding and savory recipes.

Thank you @chetanpadliya, I was really delighted with the outcome, changed the original recipe quite a bit. It called for Saffron and powdered Elachi which I didn't have, plus they used dairy products. One definitely has to use young sweet carrots though for sweetening.
