Water, all you need to know about the water, the good water......

Hello beautiful Hivers, i hope you all are keeping well and healthy.....

I would like to talk about very important subject which is part of our everyday life.....its WATER.....

splash-10.jpg

Everyone of us wants to look beautiful and young forever and never get old. To achieve this goal most of the people is looking for forever young receipt, using all kinds of diets, expensive cosmetics, creams etc...but its all just a desperate fight with the effect of ageing. One of the most important reasons for our ageing is the water that we use everyday, the water we drink, cooking on and so on...
The cells of our body, our blood, our brain in 70% are water. The state of our joints, blood cells, stones in our livers and kidneys, our skin color – all it depends on quality of the water.

By failing to understand the basic principles of our body/organism, years of our life are wasted. Therefore, to underestimate the importance of the water we consume is to deliberately shorten our lives and ruin our health.

In nature there is many different kinds of water. In our cells the water is in special form called structured water. Any other liquid that we drink has to be processed and purified. During this process our body is loosing a lot of energy and we have to remember how much energy our body is using just to handle itself, the amount of energy used to proceed with un-needed water structures could be used for recover and fighting diseases.
Now we understand the principles of water so lets talk about the water we drink.

Most of the water that is in our mains pipelines contains insoluble calcium/lime and iron salts and you can clearly see it when you look at your kettle...also water is heavily chlorinated. Chlorine is toxic gas and when accumulated in the body it starts slowly to poison it. Unfortunately you cant get ride of chlorine by boiling the water, that is why to make a tea or coffee you should let the chlorine to evaporate by leaving the water standing in open container for at least 2-3h.
Also there is a lot of other chemicals and toxic materials including radioactive particles that can be eliminated by boiling the water, however boiling will also destroy active oxygen which is crucial for our body.
So in conclusion, boiled water is “dead” water as its lost its structure and the information from the depth of the earth, the one that mother nature is trying to give us....so using only boiled water is not a good idea and that safe for our body in the long run.

There is also mineral water and please do understand that is not the same as bottled water, bottled water is usually tap water which has been filtrated to some degree.
Mineral water is coming from the springs and as a name says it contains a lot of minerals and trace elements which are beneficial to our body, but at the same time, some of those ingredients are not digestible and can accumulate in joints, muscles and create further problems. That is why its recommended to drink mineral water for about 3-4 weeks and then make a break for another 3-4 months to let your body to deal with it.

The most beneficial water we can use is “structural” water. In the nature that kind of the water is found in fruits, vegetables, their juices and also in melted ice. Scientists were puzzled why does Yakutians, the nation from north Russia has on average live more than 100 years. They found out that Yakutians don't have any main water supply or wells, they consume small amount of fruit and veg, in general they eat modestly and they nearly do not get sick at all. The solution to the puzzle was very simple – for centuries Yakutians used water that was melted from ice blocks they cut out, ice was melted by the sun and creating drinkable water. Amazing, don't you think?
Everyone knows that ageing starts from wrinkles, wrinkles are showing up when our cells get dehydrated. One of the main causes of ageing is the loss of the body's ability to absorb and process the water we consume.
In order the stop ageing process and always look young we need to learn how to prepare and consume water from melted ice.

How to prepare structural water.
If your water is really bad, fluoridated and contains heavy metals i would strongly advice to get a proper water filter, either gravity one such a Osmio or Barkley or probably the best option to have reverse osmosis connected at the water entrance to the house, so even shower and washing dishes water is filtered. I personally think that each household should have both of them as your mains revers osmosis will not work if power is cut off.

Preparing structural water is really easy, we can do it in few simple steps. Take a desire amount of tap water (it doesn't mater if its 0.5L or 5L or so) and bring it to boiling, cover it and let it cool down, next we need to put it in the freezer with temp -4 C for about 2-3 hours. When water is frozen (doesn't have to be all water frozen) we take it out, break out the top layer of the ice and transfer rest of the water to the pan or glass bottles(please try to avoid plastic bottles). The water we have now has a Structural content and it has the same structure as the water in our cells and body.
Its even easier in winter if you are in climate where temps go below 0 C, we only need to boil the water, cover it and put it outside to get frozen, once frozen we need to bring it in and let it melt, now we have structural water(please do not heat up the ice to melt the water).
Even 1 glass of that structural water drank as a first thing in the morning will improve our mood and works in positive way on our body, its highly recommended for elderly people as the structural water helps to clean up our body and prevent a lot of diseases.

How to drink a water?

The best time to drink water is straight after you wake up in the morning but first you need to wash your mouth as it contains a lot of bacteria and other nasty stuff. You can drink ½-1 glass of water, drink it in small sips, do not drink whole glass in one go.
A lot of people has a tendency to drink water when eating the food, this is not a good habit and we should try to avoid it, drinking during eating dilute the stomach acid and has a bad impact on digestion. Constant drinking during eating is creating gasses and constipation, the best is to drink about 20 min prior food and about 1h after the meal.

How much water should be drink?
Everyone is different and hence has a different needs in relation to water, generally its advised to drink about 2-2.5L of water every day, in warmer climate uptake of water might be greater. We should only drink when we are thirsty....and the best is not to drink a lot at the time, sipping is the best option.

If for some reason you can not drink water, the only other healthy option is to drink freshly squeezed juices, the water in the fruits has correct structure. All juices from the shop are processed some way, heated up or added some chemicals to preserve them, all of that is destroying all the vitamins and minerals and also its changing water structure....so please avoid them if possible.

And probably the most important – if you are not able, don't have time to prepare structural water, and your water supply is coming from main pipes supplied by city etc(if the water is not coming from your own well), my advice is – please get a good water filter, so at least the water you drink and using for cooking is filtered, and by filter i don't mean Brita filters(they do not really filter anything). Look into pure water filters that removed, fluoride, heavy metals, bio by-products such enzymes, hormones etc.

Please comment if you have any questions and i will be happy to advice/answer if i know the answer of course.

This is all for now in relation to water, i hope you learn something useful and will change your water habits for better.

Peace and Love!

Sorry to see this had zero interest.

Looks like some good info you have there and I have bookmarked it!

I recommend the zero filter for tap water if people can't spend the money on distiller or osmosis system. It comes with a meter so you can easily check PPM to be sure it has no impurities.

Back in the day I would put crystals in my water and place it in the sun for an hour (in glass vessel) before drinking. Water also holds intentions and information so one can infuse whatever they like into it.

haha ofc one finds you here, too :D

Yeah, it is not as often as I would like but I do manage to check out the work of others from time to time. Especially the work of people I have been chatting with over on my page. The subject of water interests me very much! Think i am going to build a pyramid today, specifically for the purpose of energising our drinking water at home...

I feel you
also can't keep up anymore lately, but also not only see the bad sides in me not being able to (mainly cuz of internet and stress/time)
but also the good sides - not having wifi is good for my health
less stress, also in the special way we like to consider :)

Thank you for your comment,

Ahh what can i do, you know youself..the info is there, people simply need to want to research/use it, like with almost everything now days.....

Yes water is the information carrier, and its simply overlooked but most of the people as its just clear liquid that looks like nothing...

There is so many ways to do structural water, the one described above its probably the simplest and doesnt really involve any money...
Personally i use Shungite crystals to make it, first i get it filtered and than put into big bottle with crystals at the bottom, the day later i have super water :)

And thank you for the tip, appreciate it, however i do this to open peoples eyes, not for profit or anything......

Peace and Love!

Once temperatures drop a bit more I will try the boiled water outside for a night. Didn't realise it was so easy as this! Will pass the info on to my mother as this may help her with a few things. Thank you again :)
