The healing power of choice
Today is the fourth anniversary of an event that was extremely significant for my country yet unmarked by most people: on July 16th, 2017, a year of severe protests and terrible official repression, a mock referendum was held in all countries were Venezuelan citizens live. The election wasn't sanctioned by the National Electoral Council nor was it allowed the full coverage and constitutional guarantees required of any transparent electoral process, but it was completely organized by civilians with no military presence or government intervention, a triumph so vast and yet so subtle that it was disregarded by dissidents who were dismayed by its political inefficacy and, of course, by the regime, who were so baffled by our intention to hold that event that they permitted it to take place with severe restrictions but mostly undisturbed.
This election was important for several reasons, a couple of which I already mentioned above. From the narrative perspective, signaled a change of perspective regarding what participation means and how far it can reach, while also predicting a transformation of the electoral system itself, which is now slowly in motion. Another non-binding consultation was held through Telegram last year mostly as an experiment and was surprisingly well-received too, despite the general disappointment regarding this topic in particular, reinforced by the country's worsening crisis. Now, a new election has been called for Mayor's Offices and Governor's Offices. Although the confidence on the National Electoral Council has been at its lowest for years, there's something different this year, because the story's shifting rapidly toward a different vibration.
Regime thugs keep fighting against the other thugs they armed and protected for over a decade, in an opaque war that only the citizens who live in such areas truly know about. Predators hunt down predators in the dark that they have spawned, which only weakens both and clears avenues for the new. All we've experienced in our nation has been cleansing deep ancestral filth and healing wounds that are now ready to treat. Now comes the time to start thinking about the restructuring of our nation, to truly begin rebuilding a place where we can reunite with our loves ones under the canopy of guarantees and social safety. This is why I've been celebrating this day, and I plan to use this entire weekend with the energy of Children's Day in Venezuela on Sunday, to manifest perfect and transparent elections that also make it easy for Venezuelans across the world to participate. In the new future, the blockchain will allow the implementation of massive changes in the way we choose our representatives and run our countries, I've seen it coming and I'm willing to do whatever's necessary to make it happen.
Handle your intensity, moderate your intentions, the energy is powerful and potentially destructive right now. Do not fire at will, pick your target, concentrate your mind. The Rune asks, what do you think you will find following this path? Why have you chosen it? The answer is a boundary, the question is an access. Reduce the time between choosing and being aware of the choice, there are always processes unconscious processes that profoundly influence your daily life; study yourself, observe the stars, read the stories, never stop expanding your Light. Increase your precision, manifest the details, align Sun with Moon and See. Clear debts and close cycles, do not leave your back exposed, advance with security and prudence. Your intuition opens doors, that you focus on, you reveal. You may fear or you may venture out, doubt or trust, resist or surrender, the decision is always yours.
