Yes, it's absolutely fine to just unplug for a time, to question our motivations, to relax, to detach. It's not only fine, actually, but necessary! A big part of the anxiety we face regularly arises from that implanted need to have a job, to be productive, to make money. We can get seriously off-track when we focus on those things, a time of rest often promotes self-observation so that we can dismantle all of those things.
