Hola amigos de Natural Medicine, en este momento quiero compartir con ustedes unas plantas medicinales que cultivo en mi propio patio trasero; cultivar estas plantas es muy simple solo dándoles un poco de amor, cuidado y son maravillosos para diferentes enfermedades.

Hello friends of Natural Medicine, at this moment I want to share with you some medicinal plants that I grow in my own backyard; growing these plants is very simple just giving them a little love, care and they are wonderful for different diseases.

*El Jengibre: Esta planta es usada por muchos como un condimento para algunas comidas. Pues El jengibre tiene diversas propiedades pero por su poder anti inflamatorio: ayuda a tratar la amigdalitis, la ronquera, el colesterol alto, la presión alta, el dolor de garganta, tos, resfriados, dolores musculares, problemas de la circulación sanguínea, migraña y artritis. En cuanto a las vitaminas, este tubérculo es rico en Vitaminas B y C, además de ser también rico en minerales como el aluminio, fósforo, calcio y el cromo.

*Ginger: This plant is used by many as a condiment for some foods. Well, ginger has various properties but due to its anti-inflammatory power: it helps treat tonsillitis, hoarseness, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, sore throat, coughs, colds, muscle aches, blood circulation problems, migraine and arthritis. As for vitamins, this tuber is rich in Vitamins B and C, in addition to being also rich in minerals such as aluminum, phosphorus, calcium and chromium.

Por lo general, la forma más común de tomarlo es en infusiones. Para preparar esta infusión usaremos un litro de agua y un trozo de raíz, y después de que hierva el agua añadiremos el jengibre y dejamos reposar unos 3 o 4 minutos, luego endulzar con miel y beber.

Usually, the most common way to take it is in infusions. To prepare this infusion we will use a liter of water and a piece of the root, and after the water boils, add the ginger and let it rest for about 3 or 4 minutes, then sweeten with honey and drink.

*El orégano orejón: Esta es otra planta usada en la cocina para condimentar. Pero el orégano se puede utilizar para tratar trastornos gastrointestinales, dolores menstruales, dolor de oído, bronquitis, dolores musculares, dolor de muelas, alergias, fatiga, dolor de cabeza y trastornos de las vías urinarias, por sus Propiedades antioxidantes y antimicrobianas. El orégano contiene vitaminas A, C E y K, así como fibra, folato, hierro, magnesio, vitamina B6, calcio y potasio.

  • The oregano orejon: This is another plant used in the kitchen to season. But oregano can be used to treat gastrointestinal disorders, menstrual cramps, earaches, bronchitis, muscle aches, toothaches, allergies, fatigue, headaches and urinary tract disorders, due to its antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. Oregano contains vitamins A, C, E, and K, as well as fiber, folate, iron, magnesium, vitamin B6, calcium, and potassium.

Uno de los beneficios más conocidos de la infusión de orégano es que ayudar a disminuir los cólicos menstruales y la inflamación que se presenta en estos días. Por si fuera poco también ayuda a regularizar la menstruación, es por esto que es una bebida ideal durante tu periodo. Si quieres prepararlo es muy fácil se toma en forma de infusion Depositando la hierba en la tetera y viertes sobre ella el agua bien caliente. Lo mantienes tapado, unos 10 minutos, y cuelas. Le puedes añadir una cucharadita de miel para endulzar. y puedes tomar Hasta tres vasos al día.
