health education and health coaching

In my posts and comments, I will not attempt to provide you a wide-reaching, high-level understanding of biochimestry, molecular and cellular biology, botanic or ecology.

I will focus on using a #multidisciplinary (#holistic or synthetic) approach to explain how to select and combine natural products for your wellness and health care, while regulating your unhealthy health behaviour.
I would therefore be more in eco-responsible health education and health coaching dimension.

Dans mes articles et mes commentaires, je n'essaierai pas de vous faire acquérir une compréhension étendue et de haut niveau de la biochimie, de la biologie moléculaire et cellulaire, de la botanique, de la nutrition ou en développement durable.
Je me concentrerai sur l'utilisation d'une approche multidisciplinaire (parfois holiste ou synthétique) pour expliquer comment sélectionner et combiner des produits naturels pour votre bien-être et vos soins de santé, tout en régulant les mauvaises habitudes et comportements néfastes à votre équilibre santé.
je serais donc plus dans la dimension d'une éducation à la santé éco-responsable et du "health coaching"
