The African Walnut is great plant with a lot of benefits. A lot of people around me eat it. I find it quite uninteresting though because of it's bland taste. Seeing all these benefits, maybe I'll start to try it a little.

Like I said in the post, most of us dislike things that could of immense benefits to us because they are not sweet. Ironically, most sweet things have their negative side effects on our health while some supposedly bitter things are quite good for us.
