Very good advice, every bit of it.

Sleeping time is the most important time of your day. We often fail to realize this.

I would add:

  • stop using electronic devices at least half an hour before you go to bed.

good posts. thanks for sharing useful information. i used to struggle alot with sleep. i changed my habbits and now i sleep alot better. i shut down technology 2 hours before i goto bed. my dinner is also about 2 hours before i sleep and i walk atleast last 1 hour before i go for my sleep routine. sleeping at the same time and waking up timely also helps. if i dont sleep in my sleep window then i struggle. reading a book also helps me.
