I did a quick search on the scientific name to see if it grows here in Nigeria. The name is Taraxacum officinale, but unfortunately, it does not grow around here. It is native to Eurasia and only grows as far as North America. I would have loved to try it out had it been it grows here. That's a good looking salad by the way. Enjoy!
