One book on sleep I found totally fascinating was Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker. I've done a lot about sleep and sleep hygiene as my sleep has been poor for decades.
I do FAR better when I can keep things picked up and neat. This last month of disorder for weeks on end is really telling on me. I hope to be at the end of it by next week.
I managed to drastically improve my health in 2008 by starting to raise most of my own nutrient dense food. The key is "nutrient dense" because if the soil is poor, the food will be too.
