In this Plant-Based Cooking Challenge Week # 22 I made a sandwich, its main ingredient is black beans
Sandwich preparation:
250 grams of cooked black beans are liquefied, if necessary water is added so that the blender works correctly. This mixture is deposited in a container, while we do the following.
In a frying pan, we fry garlic and leek onion, once it is fried, we put it on a separate plate.
Then fry onion and leave it in a separate container.
After this we roast the tomatoes with spices to taste, in this case I added salt, turmeric and bay leaf.
We return to the bean mixture that we left to rest and to this mixture we add the garlic with the onion, leek, salt, turmeric, pepper and ginger.
To make the mixture firm, add oats and flour little by little.
Once with the desired firmness, put the bean meats in the pan. I added vegan mustard sauce and vegan butter. Assemble the sandwich to your liking and voila!

What an incredible video and a delicious burger recipe. For veggie burgers, my favorite base is black beans or cabbage and besan. Because I have a pretty good culinary imagination, I can tell your from cooking technique and the ingredients, I know my family and I would really enjoy these. Awesome job chef!
