Beautiful vibes to all friends of the hive. As U know I try to post you all about wellness using yoga as a tool in order to bring health into your lives. This time I will invite you to the different activities we have this month for you, please enjoy me.

We reunited a great team of instructors of yoga most of them graduated from Prema Yoga school (Venezuela) to bring you during this month activities, dynamics, knowledge, practices and much more about Yoga World. For the reason that this June 21 is celebrated the International Yoga Day and we want to spread this seed of wisdom in many people to deepen what it is all about this varied universe.
🔸Lunes de Sutra: basado en el yoga sutra de Patanjali, explica el yoga dándole una perspectiva integral al significado del Yoga.
🔸Martes de Asanas: Posturas y alineación. Práctica física, fortalecimiento de cuerpo y flexibilidad.
🔸Miércoles de Pranayamas: Todo sobre el arte de la respiración (Kriyas).

🔸Sabado de mantras: Los sonidos que nos ayudarán a disipar energías discordantes y mantener una vibración en armonía contigo y con el mundo

Todo se encuentra en la plataforma de Instagram como @yogaton21 en donde desde 0 podrás conocer todo sobre esta mágica disciplina. Acompañadas por un grupo calificado que te guiará, y resolverá cualquier duda que tengas de como iniciar. Ahora se preguntarán en que grupo estoy presente, pues escogí el grupo Asanas, todo lo referente a como funcionan las posturas para muchos beneficios, desde la activación de todos los sistemas que integran el cuerpo humano. También, te ayuda a fortalecer, flexibilixar y tonificar el cuerpo, lo que lo hace bastante atractivo desde un nivel más integral.

All these knowledge are on Instagram platform as @yogaton21 where from 0 you can learn all about this magical discipline. Accompanied by a qualified group that will guide you, and solve any doubts you may have about how to get started. Now you may wonder in which team I am present. I choose the Asanas team it is all about how the postures work for many benefits, from the activation of all the systems that integrate the human body. It also helps to strengthen, flex and tone the body, which makes it very attractive from all levels.

This week we work with Surya Namaskar "Sun Salutation" in Sanskrit Surya: Sun and Namaskar: Salutation or Praise. The sun is considered the sun king and represents the source of energy, vitality and immortality.

Surya Namaskar is a sequence of 12 postures that are performed continuously and synchronized with the breath. In the sun salutation, each inhalation and exhalation is performed with each asana (posture), taking into account that the breathing is conscious.
