Soy muy fanática a los remedios caseros o de hierbas y hoy quiero hablarles de una planta muy popular y hermosa llamada buganvilla, en Venezuela es conocida como Trinitaria.

I am a fan of home remedies or herbs and today I want to talk about a very popular and beautiful plant called bougainvillea, in Venezuela it is known as Trinitaria.
➣ La Trinitaria sin duda alguna es uno de los arbustos más hermosos y llamativos que existen, además de adornar jardines o espacios verdes tiene unas importantes propiedades medicinales curativas y preventivas.
Sus flores pueden ser blancas,amarillas, rojas,rosa entre otros colores.
Sus flores son usadas para afecciones respiratorias como asma, tos, gripe etc.
➣ The Trinitaria is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and striking shrubs that exist, in addition to decorating gardens or green spaces, it has important curative and preventive medicinal properties.
Its flowers can be white, yellow, red, pink among other colors.
Its flowers are used for respiratory conditions such as asthma, cough, flu, etc.

➣ Yo la he usado cuando tengo mucha tos y de verdad me a aliviado, actualmente es muy nombrada no sólo en el Internet, sino por testimonio de personas que la están usando en sus familiares enfermos por Covid que presentan tos, cansancio y dificultad para respirar, después de darles infusión de trinitaria, notan como mejora la respiración tanto así que no es necesario colocarle la bombona de oxigeno.
Lo consideran como un oxigenante natural que ayuda a limpiar los pulmones. Es una gran alternativa en éstos tiempos tan difíciles que no se consiguen medicamentos o están tan costosos recurrir a los beneficios que nos ofrece la Naturaleza, es por eso que me atrevo a compartirles éste post.

🔘 Cómo preparar un té o infusión:
1- toma 10 flores
2- Pon a hervir una taza de agua.
3- Cuando comience a hervir añade las flores.
4- Cuando el agua cambie de color , retirar del fuego y dejar reposar de 5 a 10 minutos.
5- Tomar tibio tres veces al día,
🔘 How to prepare a tea or infusion:
1- take 10 flowers
2- Bring a cup of water to boil.
3- When it starts to boil add the flowers.
4- When the water changes color, remove from the heat and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
5- Drink warm three times a day,
