Sambal Gembung Boiled Medan
The ingredients:
- 5 boiled mackerel fish
- 10 green chilies, sliced oblique
- 1 spring onion, sliced roughly Sufficient salt, sugar and flavorings mashed spices
- 15 pcs of curly red chilies
- 1/2 tomato
- 6 spring onions
- 4 cloves garlic
The steps:
- Fry the boiled mackerel until cooked. Set aside.
- Saute the spices that have been mashed with a little oil. Saute until the spices don't smell unpleasant anymore.
- Next, enter the green chili slices. Cook until the chilies are wilted. Add salt, sugar and flavorings to taste according to taste.
