Be open and still:

  • Get the most comfortable sit, give yourself 2 to 3 minutes to double-check that you are comfortable before starting the meditation. For beginners perhaps laying down or having support for your back is advisable. To get the best out of this guided meditation, keep the body as still as possible throughout.
  • It is ok if you lose track, come back to your breath every time you get into awareness.
  • If you feel any subtle or gross sensation remember that is just energy. It passes.
  • Physical pains and aches may happen, these are known as samskaras. Most likely it will pass as soon as you move your body.
