The Six best doctors in the world but i call them seven best doctors !

Its rather amazing to found out that the best doctors in the world are not actually the great surgeons of these world or the great physicians from the east, its rather some of the things we don't take too seriously but we do see everyday and some of our daily routines. Mostly our wellbeing lies in our everyday activities. There is no injections or drugs that can be given to someone who is not happy that can make him happy, so simply we're all our own doctors.


"The six best doctors in the world" When i came across this statements early today, I've been pondering on it and relating it to my everyday life, While there has been controversies has to who made this statements, I'm more focused on the message it passed.

The six doctors are sun,rest,exercise,diet,self respect, friends and i want to add the 7th one, laughter.


sun;

While some people think exposing their body to sunlight could expose them to skin cancer and all, it is not so because sun actually did contain about 90% of vitamin D our body needs, infact it is scientifically proven that being under sun for atleast 10 minutes under any weather or season is good and helps to absorb calcium needed for the bone and protect against diabetes and some of other diseases later on


  • So don't just be under the AC at home, in your car or at work try get some sunlight, your body needs it.
    Infact being under the sun cheers one up, and reduces heart diseases and give more energy.

Rest;

You cant work 24hours round the clock,24/7 its very dangerous, many diseases today would have been well managed if one adequately rest, its important because its reshape the body and mind, a man who is stressed can't think straight, he cant do that work, can affect the memory, immune system and affect the mood.
Resting adequately will prevent heart diseases and unhealthy weight gain.


exercise;

Normally,without over emphasizing this, exercise is very important, we've heard this over and over again, regular exercise prevents so many diseases, obesity most importantly,high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. Adequate exercise helps keep the body on a healthy weight, sharpens the mind and soul


diet;

Its important to watch what you eat, the quality and the quantity, what are the health benefits of what you eat. Consuming less sugar and salt is important to ones health and consuming less fat, all these will guide against all forms of diseases.eat plenty vegetables and fruits, meat,cheese,fish majorly foods from animal sources nourishes the body, avoid smoking and too much alcohol.


self respect or self esteem;

Self value or self worth is important in one's wellness expecially it has todo with the mental health, high self-respect or esteem is necessary, having great love for yourself without people's validation is very important, towards one wellness, treat other people well, believe in yourself, believe your abilities, your potentials.


friends;

Friends give necessary companionship, so that you are not lonely, its important you choose the good ones, those who will celebrate celebrate with you in good times and genuinely be happy for your success and those that will give shoulders to lean on in your bad times. Someone who values you as a friend, wants to be around you at all times will help boost one self esteem and definitely strengthens you Physically & mentally.


laughter;

I added this one 'laughter' because it is often said laughter is the best medicine. Laughter eases stress and pain, boosts the immune system so also the mood. When your laugh the feeling that everything is okay, makes things easy and easy actually.


  • so to improve your wellness and avoid all forms of diseases, be your own doctor by practicing the seven points above.
