How to make momeanh pickle

Hello Hive, yesterday I cut flower in the garden in my house. How are you everyone? I hope you happy all. This plant called name is momeanh tree and has flower. Do you know this plant? This plant there are alot in the garden in my village. It started grow themselves in garden. They grow their own crops in orchards. It grows in all seasons and is abundant here.

It has many leaves and branches. It has seeds for reproduction. When it is big, we cut it to make pickles.

My Mother picked out the flower and put them in the sun to dry. We put it to dry for an hour to wash with water.

He took it to wash with water to clear the soil. My mother washed it. There is a lot of it in the pan and take it and put it on the pan.

My mother cooked it. He cooked it all to make pickles. He cooks it finely to keep the pickles. My Mother put it in the basket.

We add 3 liters of boiling water and we add 200 grams of sugar and 200 grams of salt. Then we let it cool to make pickles.

Then we put the boiled water to cool and put it in the water tank. We cover it for 2 nights before it can be eaten. It's really easy to do and my mom always does it. It called name is momeanh pickle.

It's delicious and my niece are eating it. I usually eat it everyday. I like eat it and my niece said delicious. My family like eat it so much. I hope you like my description.
