I really appreciate you sharing this!
I had come upon Stoicism and was quite taken by the philosophy, including some of the reading of the works of Marcus Aurelius.
I wanted to look more in depth into it and haven't as of yet.
Your post has given me new insights into it and some wonderful actions to put in place!
