Today I have made a very healthy, simple and tasty dish. The dish is purely vegan and gluten-free. This is super easy and can be made with very minimum ingredients.
Potato Beans Recipe

Beans potato is the best recipe that you can have that has all the required nutrients. This is Indian cuisine punjabi style dish and it very common in the northern parts of India.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 2
- Beans - 250 gm
- Spices - Salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder

Preparations


The Process
Take a pan and heat the oil.

Add cumin seeds to the pan.

Time to add chopped beans to the pan.

Close the pan lid and let it cook on low flame for at least 10 minutes.

Now add Potato to the pan.

Add spices to the Potato beans and mix it well.Cook it for another 5 minutes on medium flame.

Potato Beans is ready to serve.

Best to eat with Indian style roti(flatbread).

A very tasty and healthy recipe. I know because we have a similar recipe, we add tomatoes instead of potatoes. We use potatoes sometimes, but we prefer tomatoes the most. It is our indispensable meal in summer. You should also try it this way.😊
