Oh I'm going to get this one!!! I can get very affected with HSP, so energy vampires really change my whole body. Luckily I just finished a friendship with the worst one and I feel so much better!!!! Wish I'd done it ages ago. I will use this trick with the ones I encounter at work!!

I highly recommend it, it has helped me to keep energy vampires at bay. Unfortunately that sometimes happens, sometimes the only way to deal with energy as dense as theirs is to nip them in the bud.
