Beautiful girl, I'm a Libran too and I KNOW EXACTLY HOW YOU FEEL!!! I hate it when people say 'what do you want to do' and I have to make a decision or somehow the spotlight is on me to make MY day special, and I also hate suprises and I dont know how to act when people do nice things for me, it kinda freaks me out!
but, like you, when I celebrate with family, I feel happy and loved - and that's the best birthday ever.
