YES! Good food, always. Vit B and iron are BIG ones for me. The better I eat, the better I feel. I am really glad to see a post that addresses DIET - there's a LOT to be said for eating well and making sure we are eating the right things - makes a huge difference! Great post, and thanks for sharing - keep up the good work!!!!

Yes, for sure there's so much to share, but I fall back into the traps quite often, #guilty! I know it though, and I notice that when I realize it, I can make the change back easier. Life is full of lessons, this is just one of them.. I already made so many changes, Rome wasn't built in one day either, right? :) Thanks for stopping by and the encouraging words <3
