Two years ago i wrote a series of posts about frequency machines (PEMF devices, plasma generators and terahertz wands to name a few) and my conclusion was that while they were evidently effective within limits, personal development was also required to eradicate the root cause of the problem.

But this didn't stop me from buying a basic frequency amplifier from Aplicum. I liked the price and could play whatever frequencies i wanted through it using the free Z-App on my phone.

I dreamt about having the money to buy a TZLA machine, not just because @dollarvigilante never shuts up about how amazing it is, but because i believe in plasma!

However, i overlooked in all my excitement the most basic frequency device of all, the humble tuning fork. Specifically 128Hz.

I am here to tell you that this inexpensive tool (can be found for under $10) has been much more effective than my amplifier, primarily i think because it can be applied directly to the body, unlike the almost inaudible and certainly undetectable frequencies produced by an amplifier plugged into my phone. With this fork you can FEEL the frequency entering your body and the effect is almost instant. And while it is true to say that unlike an amplifier this fork is limited to only one frequency, it doesn't seem to matter because it is such a useful one.

So this post is a review of my experience with the 128Hz fork over the last month, hoping to give you that little nudge to buy your own and begin embracing the frequencies which hold together the very fabric of this Universe.

You can lead a horse to water...

A wonderful friend bought me a set of Solfeggio forks around a year ago and they have for the most part remained unused, perhaps because i associated them with meditation and this put me off?

IMG_6091.jpeg

However, over the course of the year i became aware of Eileen McKusick and her incredible work in biofield tuning and i intended to buy her Sonic Slider (93.96 Hz) which is the 12th harmonic of the 7.83 Hz Schumann resonance, the natural electromagnetic frequency of Earth's atmosphere. But in this case the price put me off.

Then i stumbled upon this video of a man who had Parkinson's disease and was using a weighted 128Hz fork to calm his dyskinesia (shaking). My step father has this disease and ever since researching the subject for him some years ago i have been finding more and more helpful tips like this one. I noticed yesterday how this man is now using a bone conduction speaker (which plays 128Hz continuously) as an even more effective tool for his condition. Because unlike a tuning fork, the speaker plays until the battery runs out.

I knew i was going to see my step father in October so i bought this fork with the intention of inspiring him to buy his own, but i see now that a bone conduction speaker would be a more effective tool for him, regardless of the bluetooth frequency (2.4 GHz) which is harmful to humans. The pay-off seems acceptable in this situation.

Worth noting that if you go and see your doctor seeking ways to calm your dyskinesia, they will suggest a bunch of FDA approved drugs for you such as Rytary®, Crexont®, Duopa™, Vyalev™ and Gocovri™ which needless to say cause side effects such as dry mouth, nausea and hallucinations. While the medical industry is over time gradually starting to accept certain frequencies as the effective tools they are, doctors receive no formal training in frequency healing as part of standard medical education or licensing, so they are very unlikely to recommend it. Tuning forks have in fact been used for decades by doctors, but as diagnostic tools, not for treatment. So to put it bluntly, their pharmaceutical industry sponsored education keeps them pushing drugs over the counter. Drugs which have side effects, remedied by more drugs....$$$.

Interestingly, MRI scanners generally operate at 64MHz and 128MHz (64 is half 128) because these frequencies are very effective at penetrating the body, producing an accurate image for doctors to review. Just to be clear, Hz is the base rate while MHz is one million times faster. So a 128Hz fork resonates at 128 cycles per second while a 128MHz machine produces a frequency which resonates at 128,000,000 cycles per second. And these two numbers are obviously connected. Though i cannot find any examples of people experiencing positive effects from their MRI scan.

The horse drinks!

Just in the last month i started to use the 128Hz fork on my body because i had painful muscles and knees from pushing my body too hard.

After using it for the very first time i experienced what i can only describe as a virus type purge experience, feeling sick for a single day before feeling great. I cannot unfortunately attribute this directly to the fork because my whole family went through the same experience around the same time, at intervals of a few days, Luna first, then me, then Esteban and Sabrina last. Sabrina was the key in understanding this because unlike myself, Esteban & Luna, she had not used the fork.

Yet i could not deny that i felt AMAZING once the purge was done and it inspired me to keep on using the fork.

Activating the fork by whacking it against my open hand (rather than using a puck) i placed it on my head and could feel the vibration going down my spine like a warm wave. Something like the feeling i get when i smoke THC after a period of not smoking it. When i put the fork on my painful knees i could feel the vibration going down my legs and into my toes. When i put the fork on my chest it seemed to reach out all around my body, creating patterns behind my closed eyes. But this only happened when i was sitting in complete silence, feeling calm with my eyes closed. Effectively blocking out all other frequencies, because even thoughts are frequencies. Unconditional love being the strongest and most beneficial. While skepticism and fear will produce less beneficial frequencies, making it impossible for skeptics to experience the benefits.

I recommend for this reason to only use your fork when the conditions are perfect and your mind is free from skepticism and other distractions. The calmer your mind is, the more effective a tuning fork can be.

What i found with my aching muscles (brought on by some very intense work-outs) was that the pain would dissipate either within minutes of using the fork, or in more extreme cases by the morning of the following day.

So i did some more research and found that i was not the only one experiencing this. Put 128Hz into sites like Instagram or TikTok and you will find a plethora of people talking about it.

The 128Hz fork, also known as the "Om Fork", "Bone Whisperer" or "Osteophonic Tuner" now comes with a pretty amazing list of claims:

  • Triggers nitric oxide release in the body
  • Helps ease joint discomfort and stiffness
  • Supports healthy circulation
  • Speeds muscle recovery after activity
  • Popular for managing inflammation

Certainly i can confirm its effectiveness at easing joint discomfort (my knees) and in speeding up muscle recovery (my back and shoulders).

Sabrina had an intense pain in her abdomen the other morning and while she didn't feel much difference immediately after using the fork, she noted that some 30mins later the pain was completely gone.

The children too have experienced pain relief upon using it. Plus i think it relaxes them before bed and helps them get to sleep faster.

With all of this said i do still think 128Hz has it's limitations and cannot fix all manner of pain. For example, I have been collecting local apples recently from a field which is around 1mile walk from our home and think i've pulled a muscle in my back. Probably because i was doing bicep curls with the heavy bags all the way home!
IMG_6094.jpeg

I used the fork last night hoping to eliminate the pain but this morning i can still feel it. Though it is arguably less painful today.

In case you are wondering am going to make cider with the apples. So i need a lot!

Fork upgrades

Whenever we buy a machine-made factory-line type product it becomes more effective for us if we can add something of our own creation to it.
IMG_6087.jpeg

So what better thing to add than two copper wires which have been twisted together with clear intention and cut to the length of the Sacred Cubit which is designed to aid us here in the physical world, amongst other things with pain relief and muscular health, in line with the benefits of the 128Hz frequency.

Rather like the boot one can buy for the bottom, this add-on expands the surface area for better contact with the body.
IMG_6089.jpeg

It's called the Om fork by some because when you hold it to your head, the sound which comes through is very much like an Om. Have found myself naturally wanting to hum the Om sound along with it and amazingly my vocal range permits me to hum this frequency at three different octaves. If the frequency/note were just a little bit lower i would not be able to manage the lowest octave. A little bit higher and i would not be able to manage the highest octave. So it really is the perfect fork for me to hum with.
IMG_6105.JPG

Humming for as little as 10sec a day can increase nitric oxide levels in the body by as much as 15 to 20 times compared to quiet, regular breathing. Even better if the note you hum is a healing frequency.

In addition i have observed how the fork resonates for longer with the copper coil because my hand no longer touches the fork itself, only the copper around it.
IMG_6086.jpeg

If i activate the fork and simply hold it in my hands without touching it to my body it resonates for:

  • 22sec without coil

  • 30sec with coil

Making this an excellent improvement.

Plus the clockwise movement of the coil is a better facilitator of energy than a straight pole, as demonstrated by most vines here in the northern hemisphere which grow counter-clockwise so that energy travels clockwise from the tip of the plant down to its roots where the beneficial energies are most needed.

Subtle effects

Beyond the physical effects of the fork i have noticed that after a few months of daily use i feel stronger, mentally speaking.

I was able to sit in my pond water the other day at 6℃, which is the coldest i have ever experienced it.
Screenshot 2025-12-04 at 2.44.48 PM.png

I don't feel like drinking my two beers in the evenings any more. Instead i now have a cup of ashwagandha tea, one of the most powerful and beneficial roots i know of.
Screenshot 2025-12-04 at 2.30.32 PM.png

The tea has also replaced 'coffee time' which was around 5-6 times a day. Now i just drink one coffee in the morning and a mini cup at lunchtime.

In addition i don't feel like buying weed any more. Can feel my body craving the THC but unlike previous occasions when i run out, i don't feel like buying more.

Due to the lack of THC my dreams are off the charts now, covering 100s of topics each night but what's different this time is that i am actually sleeping well. Getting to sleep easily and staying asleep for a good 8h, which is a lot for me. Normally i am only capable of sleeping 5-6h before i can't sleep more and jump out of bed.

During the day i feel like pushing my body more than normal and have been doing crunches, pull-ups and push-ups every couple of days, to the point where i reach mmf (momentary muscular failure) which is how we grow our muscles quickly.
IMG_6120.jpeg
Not bad for a guy pushing 50 who just started working out a month ago right?

That would be the same guy who looked like this four months ago.

Screenshot 2025-12-04 at 7.45.31 PM.png

Okay, i am pushing my belly out here, but the improvement is still undeniable.

In addition i have been beating my son Esteban at chess more recently! He is an excellent player with a decent rating of 800 on chess.com, which is particularly good for a ten-year-old who has only been playing six months.

I had all but given up any hope of beating him yet i am somehow able to outsmart him now.

Here is one of our two current games. I am black and the next move is his. Can you see how i will have him in checkmate in 3-6 moves? Depending on what he does next.
IMG_6128.jpeg

Update. I won in 6 moves.

Here he is reading his chess openings book before bed, with his fensing mask on!
IMG_4957.jpeg

So are these upgrades to my body and mind due to the 128Hz tuning fork?

I suppose it could also be because our house is full of paramagnetic cones and orgonites!

Hard to say with certainty, but for sure i am not about to stop using the 128Hz fork.

I like the way i feel at the moment and i want more of it.

My intention now is to start playing with ALL my tuning forks. While slowly investing in more!

If any of you want to get your hands on my copper spiral fork extension i could be persuaded to start making them for other people.

Love & Light everyone 🌱

IMPORTANT UPDATE!

Someone just advised me to download the N-track tuner app to check if my forks are what they say they are and it turns out that my 128Hz is actually 125.9Hz.

However, i have found that by slightly adjusting the position of the weights 128Hz can be achieved.

So if you buy a cheep weighted fork (mine was under $10) and it is not playing the correct frequency, use the phone app and weight position to achieve perfection. But if you buy a cheap unweighted fork which plays the wrong frequency there is nothing you can do.

Biosonics has been mentioned to me by a number of trusted friends as a source of quality forks.
