Brown Rice 🌾🌾🌾

There are many varieties of rice based in color, size and shape. Brown and white rice are the most common variety. Brown Rice is more nutritious and provides more benefits than white rice. Brown rice is whole rice as the milling process removes only the outermost layer ( husk ) while the outermost layer remains intact.

Rice is one of the most versatile food all over the world especially on Asian countries, rice is life.
I grew up eating with white rice, hence as I am aging and has a history of diabetes, So I reduce the frequency of eating white rice and conditioned myself to serve brown rice in our table.
