Hello beautiful foodies, today I'm sharing how to make crispy & crunchy sweet potato & banana chips at home. There are two ways to make chips either you bake or deep fry.
In here, I made deep fried sweet potato, it's not as healthy as baked, as I don't have oven however it is also a good snack together with a cup of tea.
Peel off skin, grate thinly direct to the pan using peeler, fry sweet potato till golden crispy.
Fry sweet potato in low fire.
Strain excess oil with tissue.
Crispy and crunchy Sweet potato and banana chips is ready to munch in.

So delicious, a snack like this is simple but so much more delicious than store-bought because of the freshness. I like eating them before they cool down, nothing beats a hot potato chip.
