I made this fried recipe about one week ago. I don't have more time to finish this post but today I want to do it and share with you all.
This is an #ital #vegan recipe and my family like to eat it a lot but I think the people eat meat also like this food. In this food I use ASEAN ingredients and I use Indian ingredients also, itโs delicious together.
I like to eat this food with tulsi but I don't have them in my house but I have so much mints. So I use mints but itโs delicious the same. Hope you all enjoyed it.

Absolutely brilliant Indian-Khmer fusion cooking, love it!! The lemongrass is what makes this dish standout and gives an extra flavor boost that balances out the chilies. Your food photography is so good now, watch out @carolynstahl!!
