That looks delicious. I made Kimchi last week while I could still get cabbage at the market before we were shut down. I have it every day too.

Yay you!! It's hard to believe for us here in Thailand that urban places in the UK, US etc are running out of fresh food. That part of life goes on here in Thailand - stuff grows like a weed - and few people have fridges or the money to hoard. I am blessed to be able to mask up and walk 4 mins to a large local fresh market, which is open every day 4am to about 7pm. And it's MANGO SEASON. 😍
That is great for you that you are so fortunate compared to so many others in your country. I really feel for them as this type of crisis hits everyone so hard. Mango season is awesome. You must have Papaya too about now. I know my son @hilarski does in Panama right now. He said at least the jungle is fruiting all around him. That will help many people. They are on lockdown just like I am in the U.S. Stay safe and healthy.
