Wow, thanks Pam, it is my first time making fire cider. I love how you did yours by pulsing all the veggies. That cider press is impressive and makes straining it so easy. Too bad your stomach doesn't handle the mixture. I'm getting used to taking ACV every night before bed to help burn visceral fat so I should be able to handle the cider when it is ready. One nice thing, we never get sick, but I always make immune boosting goodies for us to take. Just made a quart of garlic and honey to ferment. Fun!
