I don't do too much dairy myself and milk has always been out of the question for me. But the yogurt works and cottage cheese seem to be tolerated more today than ever over the years. I like the kefir water but it you have to transfer it every three to four days. It is just one more thing to take care of. lol
They say the A2 Milk is supposed to be better for the gut if you can find a good source. Glad you did, well time will tell how you do with it. If I was more diligent with taking all the different ferments on a daily schedule I might feel better too. It's hard not to do carbs when my husband loves them so, so getting into serious Ketosis is tough. I should skip eating every other day, :-(
