Wonderful post. I've also implemented intermittent fasting and have been developing my own workout routine at home. It's truly the best balance I've found thus far.
That’s so good! I January I joined a Bootcamp 3 days a week and it’s been brilliant too. Exercise is so good for the mind and body!
