Number of COVID-19 infection from the mutant grows these days. We decided to be at home again like last year. There are enough yeast sold at supermarkets unlike to last spring.

I was too lazy to bake with sourdough but I'm back. Then my first attempt turned out to be a strangely shaped bread 😅

It was OK inside. I satisfied with the lightly sour and Umami-full taste.

久しぶりにサワードウを使ってパンを焼きました。新型コロナウィルスの変異種への感染者が増えていて、子どもを自宅待機させることにして、なんだか去年のはるのデジャブのようです。今年はスーパーでイーストや小麦粉は売っていますが😅

久しぶりに焼いたパンは変な形に焼けたものの、やっぱり味はいいですね。ちょっと酸味があって旨味があって、バターを塗ると延々と食べられます。

子どもと遊んで午前中は毎日が夏休みの日々・・・・・サワードウのパンの腕を磨き直そうと思うのでした。
