I had bought a bread machine! Its ideal for busy days when you want to have your own bread. Unfortunately i give it away to my wifes mom, as uor next apartment was by far smaller and i didn't have enough spare space

Not sure if you're interested at all, but my trick for baking on busy times is sourdough baking. You can't bake fast, but the waiting times are so long that you can work a full day while just waiting for the bread to rise.

Have a try at it if you ever get a chance.

Haha, it's the same for my kitchen. There is no space to host a bread making machine. And I think somehow I'm into minimal baking just with hands and simple ingredients.
