RE: Heidi, Hilary and Horst: my first sourdough orgy

This is fabulous! Combining three different doughs, that is beyond the call of duty! I am so pleased it worked out and you were able to enjoy a beautiful sandwich. Please will you post the recipe for the chilli ketchup? I have bought hot sauce, but the addition of apricots sounds lovely.

Three doughs... if I only made them intentionally 🤣 But I am learning and now read every recipe several times before I start baking.
The chile recipe is this one:
https://www.chefkoch.de/rezepte/905711195822957/Scharfe-Chili-Sosse-mit-Aprikosen.html

But I was free with the measurementes and used more bell pepper.

100 g Fresh Chile
300 g Bellpepper red
200 g fresh and ripe tomatoes
1 onion
8 garlic
30 g Peeled fresh ginger
4 Apricots fresh or canned
12 g salt
1 TL Black pepper
3 EL Demerara sugar
100 ml Apple vinegar

Cut everything and combine. Blend everything into a sauce. Let cook for 15-50 minutes and fill into cleaned glass jars.
The original recipe mixes the vinegar into the mixture after cooking, I did it before. And I let it cook for longer, I guess 40 minutes to get a thicker consistency.

Oh, thank you, I look forward to trying that!
